Once confirmed, you can then proceed to place your order on Pinkoi! ■ Ordering Process 1. Newlyweds can provide 3-5 photo files. Photos should have a resolution of 300dpi and be generally clear (blurry, underexposed, or low-resolution images cannot be used for hand-drawn illustrations). 2. After confirming the file content, we'll discuss and refine the details. If you have any special requests, please be sure to bring them up beforehand (e.g., text, background, base color...). The more detailed the information, the more intricate the illustration can be. 3. A maximum of 2 revisions are allowed for the draft, focusing on minor adjustments. Extensive modifications or photo changes are not accepted. 4. A preliminary draft will be provided for your review and confirmation of the design concept. 5. Hand-drawn design -> Invitation layout -> Product proofing -> Confirmation for printing. This process takes approximately 28 working days. (It's recommended to start the process 3 to 5 months before your wedding date to ensure ample time for mailing invitations to your guests.) ■ Product Details 1. Includes: Main invitation card, envelope, hot-stamped address, and envelope sticker. 2. Main card dimensions: 12x17cm 3. Paper type: 420g Ivory card / 400g Dual matte card 4. Envelope dimensions: 13.5x18.5cm (When placing your order, please provide us with your email address. We will send the final files via email upon completion.) 5. The design layout follows a public template. The content will be adjusted as follows: * Front content: Customizable with the couple's names and hand-drawn elements. * Back content: Customizable with the couple's names and banquet details. 6. Physical products are produced through printing. There will be a proportional color difference between the printed invitations and what you see on your computer screen, which is normal. ■ Important Considerations 1. As hand-drawn illustrations are customized products, cancellations or returns are not possible after placing an order. 2. Copyright of the artwork belongs to the creator. Products are for personal use by the consumer only. If there are any "commercial or profit-making purposes," please declare them in advance (e.g., for product sales, advertising, promotional materials, trademarks, etc.).
