A four-strand bracelet featuring antique orange seed beads and emerald blue beads. The orange beads are antique Indian seed beads, their worn texture a testament to their long history of being cherished and worn. (Circa 19th-20th century). Interspersed within the four strands are turquoise blue White Heart beads, named for their white inner core. Antique White Hearts from the 19th-20th century are exceptionally rare today, and turquoise blue ones are even more so! A single emerald blue Indopacific bead has been added for a touch of contrast. The clasp is adorned with an antique Venetian chevron bead, known for its distinctive four-layer structure. Chevron beads, meaning "mountain shape" in English (or "rosetta" in Italian), are often referred to as the "nobility of beads" due to their preciousness and historical significance. The golden beads are old Orissa brass, rare and ancient beads sourced from the Orissa region of India. Each tiny Karen silver bead on the clasp is meticulously hand-stamped with individual markings.
