In reality, fish carry many interesting meanings: "Fish" (魚) sounds like "surplus" (餘), hence the tradition of intentionally leaving a portion of fish uneaten at New Year's Eve dinner as a symbol of abundance for the year. Thus, fish are often used as auspicious symbols for wealth, appearing in blessings like "abundant wealth and surplus," "plentiful year after year," and "like a fish in water." The design concept originates from the idea of "plentiful year after year" (年年有餘), extending to the notion of fish being everywhere, and developing into the idea of creating decorative fish items that can be seen in any daily environment. The act of dripping essential oils for its diffusing effect carries the auspicious meaning of "fish in water." The stereoscopic patterns of fish scales and fins showcase the delicate beauty of traditional pastries, while also increasing the contact area between the diffusing material and the air, thereby enhancing the essential oil's diffusion effect. The cement material primarily uses the eco-friendly "Lotud" (樂土) clay, crafted through manual pouring, curing, and polishing processes to create a unique "Yu Yu Fragrant Stone" with a distinct appearance. It is paired with different styles of bases, allowing the "Yu Yu Fragrant Stone" to be placed flat, tilted, or upright, integrating into various daily settings. Unpainted cement surfaces are porous and absorbent. Water marks and impressions may remain after drying. **Care and Maintenance of Diffuser Cement** . The cement will darken after absorbing essential oil. Placing it in a well-ventilated area to air dry will gradually restore its original color. . Over time with normal use, water marks, friction marks, and loss of luster on the cement surface are normal signs of use. .
