We insist on using 100% pure natural soybean wax material, which is made from natural wax extracted from soybeans.
But pure soy wax is not like ordinary commercial petroleum wax.
Because soybean wax is relatively soft and easily changes with room temperature, it cannot be perfectly flat and perfect by itself.
There are often bubbles or small, uneven grains.

After receiving the candle, it may be changed due to the difference in ambient temperature.
When it ’s cold, it does n’t look close to the cup wall.

Such small defects also prove that we insist on not using any industrial chemical additives, including "wax shrinkage stabilizers",

We will only start fresh after we receive the order. The candles will never be left for more than 5 days.
