1. Material and Dimensions * Genuine Leather * Length: 17.5cm, Width: 6cm, Height: 7cm 2. Guests with specific requests can contact the designer directly for a consultation on available thread colors. * Our studio uses a heat-sealing method to finish threads, resulting in small, rounded marks. This is a standard finishing technique, not a defect. 5. Packaging * In support of environmental sustainability, our studio uses simple paper packaging. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 6. Returns and Refunds Policy * For non-customized orders, returns can be requested within 7 days of receipt, provided the item remains unused. * Customized orders, including those with personalized heat-embossed lettering, are not eligible for returns. * If no specific color preference is noted in advance, returns based on 'dislike of color combination' will not be accepted after delivery. * Refunds requested *before* shipment will be processed in full. * For refunds requested *after* shipment for domestic orders, a shipping fee of NT$60 will be deducted from the total order amount. This does not apply to free shipping orders or international orders. 7. Care Instructions * If the leather becomes wet, allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight, tumble drying, enclosed spaces, and humid environments like kitchens or bathrooms. * Apply leather conditioner every six months. Test the conditioner on an inconspicuous area first to ensure compatibility with the leather before applying it to the entire piece. 8. Important Notes * Due to purely handmade cutting and stitching, slight variations in stitching and dimensions are expected and do not constitute defects. * Our studio treats the edges of the leather with a clear sealant to maintain the original color, preventing discoloration over time. * Leather naturally exhibits variations such as patterns, wrinkles, spots, scars, and markings. Our studio incorporates these characteristics as design elements to enhance the uniqueness of each piece. Therefore, receiving a product with these features is not considered a defect. If you wish to avoid these particular characteristics, please specify this in the 'Notes' section of your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee complete avoidance. * Natural leather may produce a small amount of fine leather dust from friction on the reverse side. This is a natural phenomenon and not a defect. * Water stains on leather are normal after contact with water and will disappear upon natural air drying. * The color of the leather will deepen over time with use and personal habits. * Actual product colors may vary slightly from photos due to differences in device displays, screen resolutions, and lighting conditions. 9.
