The cake layer is made with Taiwan’s Dajia Betel Nut Heart Taro.

There is also our homemade egg pudding in the middle to enhance the overall aroma.
Finally, on top of the cake, place pieces of chewy mochi for decoration.

How to eat: Take it out from the freezer and keep it at room temperature. It can be eaten after the cake is softened (do not expose it to direct sunlight). Please eat it on the same day after thawing.
