You can place two pieces together regularly, or alternate one and two pieces.

**Time**
3.5 hours. This may vary slightly depending on individual hand speed. We recommend reserving an extra hour after the class for any urgent matters.
**Size/Color**
Small bag size: Base diameter 15 x Height 20cm (Allow for a 2-3cm difference due to variations in individual tension)
Colors: We will message you privately after you place your order to select your colors. The bag will have two colors, and the strap will have one color.
This course focuses on bag design and creative execution. The strap will be pre-made for you (color selection available). If you wish to learn how to make the strap, please enroll in the "Window Pane Bag" or "One Thousand and One Nights" courses.

**Number of Participants**
A minimum of 4 participants is required for classes in Taichung, and 6 participants for other cities. You can also organize your own group for a private class; please inquire before placing an order. We will notify you once the class is confirmed.
If the minimum number of participants is not met, the design studio reserves the right to cancel the event and notify participants to reschedule or receive a refund.

**By completing the registration and payment process, you confirm and agree to the following terms.**
**►Respect Originality: Course materials and creations are for personal learning and use only. Please do not use them for commercial purposes!**
*You may take photos for personal record during the class, but **no video recording** is permitted.
*Due to limited seating, **please do not bring companions**.
►Cancellation and Refunds
*Cancellations notified 15 days prior to the class date will receive a **full refund**.
*Cancellations notified 10-14 days prior to the class date will receive a 70% refund.
*Cancellations notified 7-10 days prior to the class date will receive a 30% refund.
*Cancellations notified within 7 days of the class date will **not be refunded or rescheduled**. The item will be completed by VIVI and shipped to you with free delivery. You will still receive your unique, custom-colored handmade woven creation.
►Notes
*Class slots are limited. To protect the rights of registered participants, spots are secured on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful payment and confirmation.
*Please complete payment promptly after placing your order. **Orders without payment by 6:00 PM, 2 days before the class will be automatically cancelled without notice.** For example, for a class on April 5th, payment must be completed by 6:00 PM on April 3rd.
*If the minimum number of participants (6 people) is not met three days before the scheduled start date, the design studio reserves the right to cancel or adjust the venue and will notify participants to **reschedule, change venue, or receive a refund**.
*To ensure the smooth running of the experience, **late arrivals of 30 minutes or more will not be admitted and will not be refunded**. The item will be completed by VIVI and shipped to you with free delivery. You will still receive your unique, custom-colored handmade woven creation.
*As understanding and hand speed vary among individuals, we recommend **reserving an additional 30 minutes after the class and avoiding scheduling urgent matters**.
►Other
*In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events leading to class cancellation, the design studio will proactively contact you for a full refund or rescheduling. In the event of a typhoon, the official closure announcements for the event location will determine class cancellations and refunds, regardless of participant location.
*Photos and videos may be taken during the course, which may include your likeness and could be used for event records or other promotional activities. **If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before the class**, and we will make special arrangements.
*Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You are responsible for any damages caused by violations.
*If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the design studio, **no refund will be issued**.
*In the event of material shortages, **we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal value or adjust colors**.
*Material colors may vary due to different production batches, lighting during photography, and computer monitor settings.
*To protect the environment, **please bring your own reusable bag**.
**►The organizer reserves the right to adjust event details and has the final say on all matters related to this event.**
