How to choose a color: - If you are in hurry, please contact us first. If we can make it faster, we will do our best. - You can provide Web color or RGB colors, such as #FFFFFF or R31 G24 B255 - Sheen couldn’t be 100% customized, but you can make a wish. (e.g. Hope the color with some sheen) - Shading couldn’t be 100% customized, but you can make a wish. (e.g. Hope the green with some red shading) - The ink color might be a little bit different between different screens, pens, paper, or environments. Therefore, we don't promise the color would be totally the same as the WEB or RGB color. - Do not return the products due to chromatic aberration. However, if we made a totally wrong color (e.g. Purple turned into blue) please contact us to handle the situation immediately. Product Details: - 30ml matte glass bottle - The font and place of the name label are fixable. 15 characters is the maximum. ( Traditional Chinese, English, or Japanese are okay to the font.) - Every Single Color would get a flow number. You can order the same color with the number. - The ink features are just the same as our regular color: no waterproof, easy to clean, doesn't dye the pen or clog in the pen.
