**Creation Process**
During the workshop, you'll receive a handmade tiered planter created by the instructor. We offer two styles: a generous rectangular tiered design and a double-layered tiered design! The instructor will guide you through planting techniques and arrangement tips, culminating in the decoration of your own mini succulent garden! (Small decorative items will be based on what the instructor provides on the day.)

・Capacity: 6-15 people per session (Minimum participants for class to proceed: 6)
・Includes: Workshop experience with a succulent planter (approx. 15x14x11cm height), on-site tools and materials, gift packaging bag, and complimentary self-serve black tea or green tea.
・When ordering, please specify whether you prefer the large rectangular tiered planter or the double-layered rectangular tiered planter. If no preference is noted, the instructor will prepare a planter at random.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class is proceeding before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as confirmation of your registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and incomplete orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or call us at (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Tutoring Classes" as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee.
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please actively inform us of your preferred session. If you cannot commit to a reschedule, please opt for a refund.
。For cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the class, no refunds or changes will be accommodated due to material preparation and venue arrangements. Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
。To protect the rights of other participants, arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including the bank name, account number, and account holder's name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unpaid companions are not allowed to join, unless a child requires assistance from a parent to complete the activity, or in special cases where a parent and child need to participate together. Please call the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer participants a choice of rescheduling or a full refund.
・Please be punctual for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft classroom. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black tea or green tea.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media platforms. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used for event recaps or other recruitment channel promotions in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
