**The Creation Process**
In this workshop, you will receive a large handmade tiered planter created by the instructor. We offer two styles: a classic rectangular tiered planter and a double-layered tiered planter. The instructor will guide you through planting and arrangement techniques, helping you create your own personal succulent oasis! (Small decorative items will be provided based on availability at the workshop.)

・Date: (Workshop duration: 1.5-2 hours)
* November 2, 2025 (Sun) 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
* December 6, 2025 (Sat) 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM **(Christmas Edition)**
・Capacity: 6-15 participants per session (Minimum enrollment: 6 people)
・Includes: Workshop experience with a succulent planter (approx. 15x14x11cm height), on-site tools and materials, gift packaging bag, and complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Please specify your preference for the large rectangular tiered planter or the double-layered rectangular tiered planter when ordering. If no preference is indicated, the instructor will prepare a planter at random.
・Location: 1st Floor, No. 121, Section 2, Hankou Street, Wanhua District, Taipei City (108)
・Transportation: Take the MRT Green Line or Blue Line to Ximen Station, Exit 6. Turn left onto Zhonghua Road and walk for 5 minutes. Turn left onto Hankou Street Section 2 and walk for 7 minutes. (Located next to the historic Ciyun Temple)

▶ Important Notes
・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and incomplete orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
* In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Consumer Protection Committee of the Executive Yuan:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, a refund of 95% of the total actual payment will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class start date, a refund of 90% of the total actual payment will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class start date, a refund of 80% of the total actual payment will be issued.
* Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
* On the day of the class, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted due to the pre-arranged materials and venue setup by the handcraft instructor. Non-attendance will be considered forfeiture.
* To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
* For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unpaid companions are not allowed to join unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where parent-child participation is approved. Please call the store in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, punctuality is appreciated.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handcraft classroom. This course includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photographs and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional activities.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
