If the leather becomes saturated with water, dry it as quickly as possible and reapply oil for protection. Allowing it to air dry naturally can cause the leather fibers to shrink, deform, and harden. 2. To prevent dark water stains if water drips onto the leather: use a pure water wet wipe, a damp (but not dripping) tissue, or a paper towel to evenly wipe the entire affected leather surface. Use cool air to dry evenly; if only hot air is available, maintain a distance of at least thirty centimeters from the leather. After drying, evenly apply leather oil for conditioning. 3. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. 4. In addition to the warmth and natural oils from your hands gradually imparting a gentle luster and color to the leather, we recommend regularly wiping it with a dry cloth and then conditioning it with leather oil. 5. Mold spots on leather form over time from the interaction of dust and humidity. For items not in use for extended periods, first wipe off dust with a dry cloth, then wrap the item in a dust bag, kraft paper, or cotton cloth (you can cut up an old white cotton t-shirt) and store it in a well-ventilated area. Frequently handling the leather items (to prevent dust and moisture buildup) can also reduce the chance of mold, similar to how rolling stones gather no moss. 6. Avoid using cleaning or care products containing alcohol. **About Natural Leather:** During the cattle's growth, marks from insect bites may occur.
