For pearls and gemstones, use a slightly damp cloth with neutral soapy water for cleaning. You may also send your items to us periodically for professional care. ▍ After-Sales Service All products come with a 6-month warranty covering deformation, detachment, or breakage of ear studs or clips, and repairs to main components. Shipping costs for repairs will be borne by the buyer. In-person repair appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please note that damage resulting from obvious intentional misuse or forceful impact is not covered by this warranty. ▍ Returns & Exchanges Due to hygiene considerations, earrings are non-refundable or exchangeable, except in cases of shipping errors or significant defects.
