Workshop Description
Notes
1) The fee includes course handouts and all necessary materials.
2) Classes start with 4 participants. If the minimum number is not met, you will be notified to reschedule for a different date.
3) The association reserves the right to change course content, times, and venues.
4) To protect your rights, refunds requested due to personal reasons after payment will incur a 30% handling fee (based on the original total price).
5) Course registration is online. Cancellations and refunds are not accepted from 7 days before the class starts until the day of the class. Rescheduling is permitted, and the course must be completed within six months.
6) If you need to reschedule, please contact the administrator immediately via our social media page.
7) In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, the policy will follow government announcements. Notification of class cancellation or rescheduling will be given at least one day prior to the scheduled class.
8) As aroma consultation is a professional certification course, participants must be at least 16 years old to ensure they can fully absorb the course content.
9) Entry is permitted 15 minutes before the class. To ensure the smooth progression of the course and the rights of other participants, please avoid being late unless due to unforeseen circumstances or prior notification. Latecomers exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and are not eligible for a refund.
10) The association may take photos during the class as needed, which will be uploaded to our official social media channels afterward. The association may use photos and videos containing your likeness for event records or other promotional purposes in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
