Feel free to discuss these add-on options in person. ⁍ If you need to reschedule after booking, please notify us at least **five days in advance**. A one-time rescheduling opportunity is permitted. ⁍ Please arrive punctually. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, late arrivals are not permitted as they may disrupt the class and affect your own experience. **If you are 15 minutes late or more without prior notification, it will be considered a forfeiture of the class and no refund will be issued.** ⁍ In the event of unavoidable natural disasters, such as typhoons, pandemics, or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the course content. We will proactively notify you via Pinkoi messages. For inquiries about other time slots or custom orders, please send us a private message on our official LINE account. ⁍ **Course Cancellation and Refund Procedure** .a. Cancellations requested seven days prior to the course date are eligible for a full refund. .b. Cancellations requested between six and three days prior to the course date will receive a 70% refund of the course fee. .c. Cancellations made without meeting the above conditions will receive a 50% refund of the course fee. .d. Arriving 15 minutes or more late without prior notification will be considered a forfeiture of the class, and no refund will be issued.
