To maintain the natural feel and avoid a sticky texture, no maintenance oils are applied. For significant stains, one method is to soak in water overnight and then air dry in the shade. Mold is a concern. After absorbing a large amount of moisture, such as from the condensation of cold drinks, allow them to dry thoroughly for 2-3 days until they reach a weight of approximately 40 grams.
