Product Introduction:
Star Fruit Cake
The golden crust is made from a whole pumpkin, including the skin and seeds, which are finely ground. Not only is there no vegetable or fruit leftover, but it also retains the complete nutrition and aroma. Oat milk is added instead of milk to reduce the carbon footprint, and the filling uses local Taiwanese fruits, replacing the addition of spices, pigments and preservatives with the sweetness of the fruits themselves.
Lucky Orange Cake:
The filling is made with local agricultural products and uses non-toxic natural farming methods from Dongshan, Tainan, Taiwan. The oranges are in abundance at the beginning of winter every year and have a rich taste, full aroma, moderate sweetness and sourness, and are juicy and rich in dietary fiber.
The old orange soaked in lemon for 3 hours is carefully boiled with Chiayi pineapple (Chiayi Alishan mountain pineapple), with a light fruity aftertaste, presenting fresh ingredients with the most natural flavor. Production method: After boiling the orange flesh and fresh pineapple for about 3 hours, add the orange peel soaked in lemon juice and boil for about 30 minutes.
Perfect longan cake:
Using Taiwan Dongshan longan, the drying method follows the ancient method of slow-fire kiln firing to achieve a black diamond-like color, making the flesh fragrant and with a unique warm and sweet fragrance; the outer skin is made from finely ground whole pumpkin including seeds, without peeling or filtering residue, retaining complete nutrients, and is made with oat milk.
