Made with Wuyishan Da Hong Pao (Big Red Robe Tea) picked by "Tea-ed", assembled with mushrooms and radish, the 'Da Hong Pao Vegetarian XO Sauce' filled with rich tea flavour. A great compliment with to-fu, somen (plain noodle), dim sum, radish and taro cake.
