1. Upon successful order placement, an "E-ticket Notification" will be sent via email.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving details in the "Message to Designer" field.
3. Your reservation is confirmed only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm your chosen date and availability.
4. Due to material preparation after payment, please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If a company-specific invoice with a tax ID is required, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
