To maintain teaching quality, classes are **small group sessions**, with a maximum of 4 people per group. Different courses may be conducted simultaneously. If you mind mixed classes, please purchase the private booking service below.
**Private Booking Policy**
📌 **Weekdays** have a lower chance of full booking. If you need to guarantee a private booking for two or three people, you must **book an additional spot** when ordering and note "(Number of people) Private Booking" in the remarks to successfully reserve the time slot.

Workshop Description
Notes
1. Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this activity.
2. Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany or participate. Those not registered for the course may not observe or listen in; otherwise, the session will be terminated without a refund.
3. As the designer needs to prepare materials and reserve spots in advance, to protect the designer's rights, refunds requested by the consumer for personal reasons more than 7 days before the activity (excluding the day of the experience) will incur a 50% handling fee. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the activity. The booking can be transferred to a friend or family member, or used for custom orders/product purchases instead.
4. If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer at least 7 days before the activity to discuss further arrangements. Rescheduling is possible for up to three months. For rescheduling or cancellation requests made less than 7 days before the activity, no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
5. Entry begins 10 minutes before the activity. To ensure the smooth running of the experience and the next session, please be punctual. **Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes** will not be admitted, and no rescheduling or refund will be offered. Please be mindful.
6. If materials are incorrectly made or damaged due to personal oversight during the process, new materials must be purchased to continue the creation.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, the organizer will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
8. Behind-the-scenes photos will be taken during the experience class and uploaded to the brand's Facebook and Instagram pages after the event. These may be used for event records or other promotional purposes, such as recruitment.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the venue.
9. Recording videos during the course is prohibited.
10. Bringing drinks and food into the classroom is prohibited.

**Epidemic Response**
🔍 If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 within 7 days before the course, rescheduling is required. Due to reserved spots & materials, no refund will be issued. Please provide an "Isolation Notice" or "Digital Health Certificate" for rescheduling.
🔍 After isolation, a "negative rapid test result" is required to arrange the next experience. There is only one rescheduling opportunity, limited to weekday morning/afternoon sessions. Saturday/holiday sessions cannot be booked, or you may opt for custom orders instead.
