Custom embroidery is mainly based on vector patterns. Please provide the pattern you want to customize via "Site Message" and we will help evaluate whether it can be produced.
After the evaluation is confirmed, a quotation will be provided and an exclusive order page will be opened for you. Production will be arranged after the order is confirmed.

【Carefully selected materials】
The canvas is made of natural cotton, which is environmentally friendly, durable and not easy to be damaged.
We will select the most suitable fabrics, hardware, and ribbons according to different bag styles and usage conditions, and then sew them carefully using the skilled techniques accumulated by local craftsmen over the years.
The canvas will become softer with use and will also change depending on the environment, gradually shaping into a canvas bag that is unique to you.
【Fabric】
The canvas is made of natural cotton twisted yarn and goes through multiple processing steps, including weaving, dyeing and sizing.
Environmentally friendly, durable and not easy to damage. It feels warm, thick and wear-resistant.
【zipper】
We insist on using Taiwan YKK zippers, which have tightly connected teeth, are smooth and strong.
High pulling endurance, low failure rate, good wear resistance and excellent quality.
【Wire】
It uses thicker SP thread with moderate elasticity, good tensile resistance, wear resistance and waterproofness, moderate elasticity, smooth seams and good color fastness.
【Hardware】
Made by a hardware factory in Taiwan, it is non-toxic, rust-proof, and will not break or deform.

【Daily maintenance】
1. The bag may fade when exposed to water or friction.
2. The dye color will fade over time and due to sunlight exposure.
3. In areas with humid climates, please keep it dry and stored in a ventilated place during the rainy and foggy seasons.
【Cleaning】
1. Since the canvas has been dyed, starched and processed with various materials, please try to avoid washing with water to prevent the starch from falling off and fading.
2. Small stains on the surface: Use an eraser to gently wipe the surface to remove the dirt.
3. Deep dirt: It is recommended to clean the area by hand or with a fine-bristled brush. Clean a small area with clean water. After cleaning, spread it flat and dry it in the shade, avoiding direct sunlight to prevent wrinkles.
4. If you want to wash it with water, please use a neutral detergent that does not contain bleach or fluorescent agent, dilute it with water, and wash it by hand. After washing, use a towel to dry the bag and smooth it out. Then use a hair dryer or dehumidifier to blow dry the bag. Do not leave a lot of water on the bag, as it will cause water marks.
【Cleaning precautions】
1. Please do not throw it into the washing machine or send it for dry cleaning, as this may cause irreversible wrinkles, shrinkage and deformation.
2. Please do not brush the dirty area with force, as this will cause the area to turn white.
3. Do not rub or dry at high temperature.

1. About defects
Each bag is handmade, so there will be slight differences.
If you have the following problems, it is normal for handmade products!

▪ Very small stains (less than 0.5 cm in diameter)

2. About the quantity of goods
Since each bag is handmade, the quantity produced each time is limited.
The staff is limited, so there may be out-of-stock products and we cannot update in time. Please understand.
If you have placed an order but the product is out of stock, please wait for the new package to be produced.
Customers who cannot wait should not place an order to avoid misunderstanding and trouble.
3. About Exchange
Since each bag is handmade, the size and specifications are marked on the page.
No returns or exchanges are available for minor defects.
If there are major defects and the complete packaging tag has not been cut off,
Brand new (no signs of use, malfunction, damage, scratches, dirt, odor, moisture, or washing)
Complete (product, accessories, attachments, gifts, inner and outer packaging are complete).

4. About Warranty
Each bag is handmade, and there is a chance that the raw materials (especially the hardware) will be defective during the production process.
There may be some unpredictable or undiscovered defects in the production process.
We can provide you with free repairs within one year of use.
The following are repairable items:

5. About color difference
All product photos (excluding situational photos) are 100% taken of the real object, and the colors of the product photos are corrected according to the real object as much as possible.
Possible causes of color difference:
▪ The color variation that naturally grows in each batch of cotton.
▪ Color difference in the dye vat of cotton dyeing and finishing.
▪ Differences in photographic lighting, color temperature and angle.
▪ The displays are different.
▪ Differences in individual understanding of color.
Therefore, color difference cannot be completely avoided, please refer to the actual product.
Please rest assured that the slight difference in color does not affect the product quality, please understand.
【Notes for overseas customers】
1. Return and exchange for overseas members
Regarding exchanges - Due to the complicated process of international delivery, overseas members are requested to confirm the contents of the product before ordering. Exchanges are not accepted.
Regarding returns - Overseas members please confirm the contents of the product before ordering. If the product is not defective, if you need to return it, you must bear the return shipping fee. The returned merchandise must maintain the integrity of its contents, including labels, packaging, documents, etc. No accessories should be missing.
2. Overseas Returns Process
Please leave a message in the Pinkoi canvas bag internal message board to discuss the return with the designer, including if the product has problems or defects, upload photos to the internal message board, and apply for a return and refund in the background.
After confirming that there is no problem, you will press the button to agree to the return, and a message will be left to inform you of the destination for delivery.
Please send the goods back. After receiving the goods and confirming that they are correct, we will press the confirm refund button to complete the return and refund.
3. Things to note when going through customs
If you want to send the product to your designated delivery address, it must first pass the customs inspection of the country (region) of delivery before delivery can be carried out. The customs of the country (region) of receipt will assess tariffs and additional fees based on the type and value of the goods. Once the customs assesses that import tariffs are required, the consignee must pay them.
4. Undeliverable orders
If the order is returned due to unknown delivery address, PO box, no one to receive the package after multiple deliveries, the recipient refuses to pay taxes/refuses to provide ID card/failure to declare the goods for customs or the recipient refuses to accept the package, etc. If the delivery company returns the package to us due to the above situation, we will deduct the original shipping fee and the shipping fee incurred by the returned goods from the refund, and the remainder will be handled according to the "Refund Policy" and "Refund Time".
5. Please note when shopping online overseas:
Order total does not include import duties. If the delivery address is outside Taiwan, customs duties may be incurred and need to be paid by the recipient. If the customs duties are not paid and the item is returned, the refund will not include the round-trip shipping costs and customs duties in both places.
