Please be mindful of color transfer, especially in the beginning. Avoid wearing light-colored clothing when first using the item. ◾️ Scars and Vein Marks Scars and vein marks from the animal's life are preserved on both the surface and the back. Because it is natural leather crafted to showcase its authentic character, each piece becomes unique. ◾️ Color Variation Finished only with dyes, not pigments, this leather presents natural color variations due to the difficulty in precise color control. Slight differences can occur even within the same color batch. This dye finish enhances the natural, authentic atmosphere of the leather. ◾️ Variation in Texture and Grain Leather grain refers to the wrinkled pattern on the surface. The density of these patterns can vary even on a single piece of leather, with some areas having more pronounced grain than others. These variations are part of the charm of natural leather. ◾️ Mark of Italian Leather, Indicating Leather Size The numbers on the reverse side are a mark of Italian leather, indicating the size of the hide from which it was cut. Each mark is printed once per hide. These markings have a distinct character and are placed on high-quality sections, so they are intentionally left as part of the product. Therefore, they may occasionally appear on the item. Personally, I prefer items with these numbers. ◾️ Water Stains Leather can absorb water, potentially leading to stains. If the item gets wet, gently wipe it dry as soon as possible to prevent water spots. Applying a leather treatment like Renapur can provide water-repellent effects. ◾️ Strae Strae are the linear patterns or wrinkles that appear in areas with significant muscle movement and stretching. They are a distinctive characteristic of natural leather and are not indicative of cracks or splits. ◾️ Luxurious Full-Leather Construction Without Lining Typical leather goods often combine thin leather with a core material for strength and include a lining inside. However, linings, unlike leather, can degrade over time, becoming sticky or tattered. To ensure greater longevity, this item is constructed solely from robust leather, utilizing its natural thickness and strength, without any lining. ◾️ Maintenance The Italian leather used by LADIES&GENTLEMEN evolves beautifully with oil treatments, revealing a richer color and deeper patina over time. For bags, apply oil approximately every 3 to 6 months. We recommend Renapur, available in our online store, which offers conditioning, shine enhancement, and water-repellent properties. Small leather goods, frequently touched, develop their lustrous sheen naturally without the need for oil application. ◾️ Returns and Exchanges Please note that returns and exchanges are not possible unless there is a defect with the product. In the event of damage or defects caused by shipping accidents, or if you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it at our expense. ◾️ Delivery Time As all items are made to order, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for small accessories and 3-4 weeks for bags.
