Vintage Polish embossed dinner plates / pasta plates with rose design made by Chodziez.
The history of the Chodziez faience factory starts in 1852 or 1854 when Hermann Müller and Ludwik Schnorr bought a burnt building of the Grudzinski castle from count Koenigsmarck. After 1992, the factory started operating as Zakłady Porcelany i Porcelitu Chodzież S.A.
The mark at the bottom of these pieces was introduced in 1964 and used until the early 1990s.
These plates are in good condition with possibly some surface marks on the print and glaze. The photographs are a part of the description.
