Please be mindful of color transfer, especially when new. Avoid wearing it with light-colored clothing when you first start using it. ◾️ Scars and Vein Marks Scars and vein marks from the animal's life are left as they are on the surface and back. Because it is natural leather, crafted to showcase its inherent qualities, each piece becomes a unique item with its own distinct character. ◾️ Color Variation Leather finished only with dyes, without pigments, is difficult to control for color consistency, leading to inevitable variations. Even within the same color, there can be differences. This is the characteristic charm of natural leather, achieved through dye finishing. ◾️ Variation in Texture and Grain The grain refers to the wrinkled pattern on the leather's surface. Even within a single piece of leather, some areas may have more pronounced or less pronounced grain patterns. These variations are part of the appeal of natural leather. ◾️ Italian Leather Mark, Number Indicating Leather Size The numbers on the back are a mark of Italian leather, indicating the size of the hide. Each number is stamped once per hide. The lettering has a certain character, and it's stamped on quality sections, so we leave it as is. Therefore, it may occasionally appear on the product. Personally, I prefer items with these numbers. ◾️ Water Stains Water can be absorbed, leading to stains. If it gets wet, wiping it off as soon as possible can help prevent stains. Applying Renapur Leather Treatment can provide water-repellent effects. ◾️ Strae These are the streaks and wrinkles that appear in areas of intense muscular stretching and contraction. They are a unique characteristic of natural leather and are never a sign of cracking or splitting. ◾️ Luxurious Full Leather Construction with Solid Leather Only, No Lining Typical leather products are made by bonding thin leather with a core material for strength, and they have a lining inside. Unlike leather, linings often deteriorate first with use, becoming sticky or tattered. To ensure a longer lifespan, this product is constructed using only solid, thick, and strong leather, without any lining. ◾️ Maintenance The Italian leather used by LADIES&GENTLEMEN will develop a richer luster and deeper patina over time with oil maintenance, allowing you to enjoy it for longer. For bags, apply oil about once every 3 to 6 months. We recommend Renapur, available in our online store. Renapur is a leather treatment that conditions, adds luster, and provides water repellency. Small leather goods, due to frequent contact with hands, will naturally develop a lustrous color change without the need for application. ◾️ Returns and Exchanges Please note that returns and exchanges cannot be made unless there is a defect in the product. In the event of damage or breakage due to shipping accidents, or if you receive an incorrect item, we will exchange it for you at our expense. ◾️ Delivery Time As all items are made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for small items and 3-4 weeks for bags.
