1. Please leave a message in the order to tell us the session you want to book.
2. Scuba diving is a physically demanding activity that can cause heart attacks, panic attacks or hyperventilation in sensitive individuals. Suitable participants are 10-70 years old, in good health and without disabilities.
3. You must follow the coach’s instructions during the activity. If you can’t cooperate with the coach, you have the right to terminate the activity and refund the fee. Those who don’t listen to the advice cause accidents, and we will not be responsible.
4. Diving at a single depth within the no-decompression limit: It is recommended to have at least 12 hours of surface rest after diving before flying.
5. When you report to the site for the experience, please be sure to present your Submersible Cube reservation number (which will be provided to the customer when you complete the reservation). If you fail to present it, you will be refused entry and no refund will be given.
6. For those who need to cancel or postpone the event due to personal factors, please be sure to submit it 10 days before the event. If you cancel the event after the deadline, no refund will be given. Only postponement is accepted. Please forgive me for any inconvenience (cancellation due to typhoon or natural disasters, not limited here).

1. Due to force majeure factors such as typhoons or natural disasters, the government has announced a suspension of work, the activity will be canceled and a full refund will be given.
2. It is recommended that you book this event 10 days before the event. You can cancel the event 10 days before the event and get a full refund.
3. If you cancel the event 5-9 days before the event, only 50% of the event fee will be refunded, but rescheduling is accepted.
4. If you cancel the event 1-4 days before the event, or on the day of the event, there will be no refund and no rescheduling will be accepted.
