Refunds & Returns// If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photos are confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. For physical product mock-ups, a draft will be provided for your review and approval within 1-3 days. 6. Upon confirmation, printing and production will commence. Printing typically takes 30-35 business days, though some items may take longer as specified in their individual descriptions. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day your printed product is packaged and ready for shipment. Early arrivals will be dispatched promptly.
