1. You must wear a mask when entering the studio
2. If you feel unwell or have a fever, please do not force yourself to attend class (it can be postponed and rescheduled)

4. Entry is open 15 minutes before the event. Please do not be late on the day to avoid affecting your rights.
5. On the day of the experience activity, the organizer will take side photos to record the learning process for the students. Later, photos and videos containing your portrait may be uploaded to our social media for sharing and enrollment. Students can request photos and videos from us. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform us at the event site and we will pay attention and make special arrangements so as not to affect your rights.
6. Refund related: The florist needs to prepare materials before the event. If you are unable to attend for any reason after the payment is completed, you can get a full refund if you cancel 14 days before. Within 14 days, only one free postponement and rescheduling will be provided.
