Trifari is a jewelry company founded in 1910 by Gustavo Trifari, who had a background in Italian goldsmithing. Between 1917 and 1925, Leone Krussman and Carl Fishel joined, the former as the brand's commercial director and the latter responsible for sales. The brand name was briefly changed to "KTF" with an enlarged "T" in the center.
Trifari achieved unprecedented success partly due to hiring many outstanding jewelry designers, such as Alfred Philippe, who served Trifari from 1930 to 1968 and was also a designer for Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels. Additionally, endorsements from numerous celebrities provided excellent publicity. For example, Mamie Eisenhower, the First Lady of U.S. President Eisenhower, chose to wear Trifari jewelry at his inauguration ball instead of diamonds. Many women aspiring to be equally chic desired the same styles, which were also affordably priced.
This bracelet, with its strong sense of fluid design, reminiscent of feathers or flames and featuring fine textured lines, is an excellent choice for those looking to showcase a sleek and sophisticated style.
