Our florists meticulously trim and sort the foliage to the ideal lengths, then use specialized German floral wire to bind them onto a vine base, creating a circular foundation. Finally, it's embellished with a variety of festive Christmas decorations. Please choose your preferred base: "Taiwan Cypress" or "Imported Noble Fir." For the "Taiwan Cypress" option, shipping will be arranged in order of purchase after November 5th. For the "Imported Noble Fir" option, fresh Noble Fir is expected to arrive in Taiwan around November 25th. Shipping will commence in order of purchase upon arrival. If you have specific requirements for plant selection, decorative items, or color schemes, please discuss the details with us to arrange a personalized custom order. Regarding Design and Arrangement: Each item is a meticulously designed piece by our floral artists. The decorations and foliage will be arranged by the designer according to the color scheme or style presented for each product. If you particularly favor a specific decorative item or a small detail, we welcome you to discuss it with us for a personalized custom order. In the event of a stock shortage for a particular decorative item, we will notify you before shipping for a substitution. Note: If your chosen item includes a natural trunk, the designer will select the wood type based on what is available from our suppliers for the season; specific wood types and appearances cannot be guaranteed. The LED string lights are battery-operated. Each string light is brand new; simply replace the batteries when they are depleted. Shipping Services: All items in our shop are custom-made to order after payment is completed. November and December are peak seasons for Christmas orders. If you have urgent requirements, please indicate this and discuss shipping methods and times with us. We use Black Cat Express for shipping, with delivery services available from Monday to Saturday.
