The stamp design is created from a hand-drawn illustration, then laser-engraved. It is not hand-carved. - Each stamp is test-stamped before shipping to ensure quality. Stamps will be cleaned before dispatch. Minor marks may be present but will not affect usability. As each pet's head shape is unique, the longer side of the stamp is standardized at 4.5cm (please message us for other sizes). The shorter side is scaled proportionally. Please send us a photo of your pet for confirmation (try to choose a clear, front-facing photo). 2. Once the photo is approved, please place your order and complete the payment. 3. Awaiting the initial draft drawing, approximately 5-10 business days. 4. Two minor revisions are included for the initial draft. Additional revisions or major changes will incur extra fees. 5. Awaiting stamp engraving and dispatch, approximately 5-10 business days. ● P.S. 1. We can create custom stamps for any type of pet, but only pet portraits are offered. 2. This listing is for head portrait customization. For other requests, such as full-body pets or multiple pets in one design, please send us a message. 3. Text can be added! However, we do not draw anything beyond the pet's portrait. Please inform us in advance if you have specific needs. 4. I do not trace; this is a principle of my personal creation. If you require an exact, hyper-realistic replica, I may not be the right choice for you. 5. All artwork copyrights belong to ZOUZOU. 6. We do not alter the hand-drawn "style," for instance, requests for a realistic drawing style are not possible. Each designer has a unique personal style, and we hope you can appreciate and respect it. :) 7. If custom order information is not provided within one week of placing your order, the order will be canceled. We appreciate your understanding. 8. **Rush orders are not accepted.** 9. To promote environmental sustainability, we use recycled packaging materials for shipping. If you purchase multiple items, they will be packaged together in a single shipment, not individually wrapped.
