◇ If a reservation is made and the participant arrives late on the day of the workshop, the instructor will adjust the completion level of the artwork based on the circumstances to ensure the smooth progression of the class. ◇ Finished pieces are safe for use in dishwashers and drying machines. ◇ The entire process, from creation to final firing, takes approximately 3-5 weeks (or as quick as 2-4 weeks). ◇ For urgent orders, a rush fee of NT$400 applies. We can arrange a separate small kiln firing to complete your piece within 7 working days. ◇ The workshop duration is 2-2.5 hours. If the creation process extends beyond 3 hours, an additional practice fee (NT$200/hour) will be charged. ◇ To respect the instructor's time and focus, a fee of NT$200 will be charged for accompanying friends. (Furthermore, the instructor will prioritize answering questions from registered participants.) This policy is in place due to instances of companions disrupting the class or an excessive number of companions, and we appreciate your understanding.
