Each piece is handcrafted, and minor traces of handmade work and size variations are within the normal range. Natural crystals may contain ice cracks, inclusions, mineral gaps, or small black spots. These are characteristics of natural stones, not defects. Avoid prolonged contact with perfumes, cosmetics, or skincare products, and refrain from wearing while bathing, swimming, or visiting hot springs to protect the luster of the crystals and metal. The 14K gold-plated brass accessories offer good color retention, but they may still oxidize and fade with improper care or prolonged wear. It is recommended to wipe them dry with a soft cloth after contact with water and store them in a resealable bag when not in use for extended periods to slow down oxidation. ♦ Shipping and After-Sales Service ♦ Basic packaging is used for shipping. After the grace period, repair fees and round-trip shipping costs will apply. Customized products are non-refundable unless there is a defect.
