▶ Ticket Purchase Details
1. Upon purchase, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification" via email.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your order.
3. Your reservation is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm the date and availability.
4. As course materials need to be prepared, please book at least 3 days in advance after completing your payment.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a uniform invoice receipt. If you require a company-formatted invoice with a Tax ID number, please provide the company name and Tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
