Please do not place an order for this custom item until you have contacted us. Provide a photo of your child's drawing, and we will offer a quote based on its complexity. 2. As this item is hand-painted with ceramic glazes, watercolor paintings, overly blended colors, or heavy layering are not suitable for production. We recommend selecting drawings composed of clear lines and color blocks. 3. How to upload: Click "Contact Designer" > Select "+Send Image" to submit your photo, and include a note regarding your preferred dish style, quantity, and specific customization needs. 4. Please provide a clear, front-facing photo of the original "child's drawing manuscript." The file size should ideally be under 2Mb. 5. The designer will estimate the cost based on the pattern's complexity. Once confirmed, please place your order for the total amount we provide. 6. After payment is received, the designer will message you to confirm the order details. Production will be scheduled within three days; order cancellations will not be accepted once production begins. 7. If you wish to change customization details after confirmation, a 1/2 product cost fee will apply if production has started but firing has not yet begun. Changes cannot be made once firing is complete. 8. This item is painted directly based on the drawing content; we cannot provide preliminary drafts for confirmation or revisions. 9. This item is hand-painted with an average production time of 20 working days. Shipping time depends on the kiln's firing schedule; please refer to the official shipping announcement. Ensure the estimated shipping time meets your needs before ordering. 10. This item is hand-painted, not digitally printed. Due to the nature of ceramic glazes, we may not be able to replicate the exact colors or brushstrokes of a child's original art 100%. Minor variations between the original art and the finished product are to be expected. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53660179640_512cdecbc8_b.jpg ▲ Please provide a photo of your child's drawing for a quote.
