Born in Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1983, with a background in craft design. He wandered the streets of Japan, experiencing how wooden art infused warmth and profound vitality into ancient alleys. These objects, like fragments of time, carrying traces of history and outlines of the future, seek a subtle balance between opposition and harmony, transforming into delicate works that tightly connect the perspective of the new generation with the simplicity of the old era. Agarwood, once ground into powder for its scent, was respectfully placed in the most prominent sunlit areas of homes in Japan, symbolizing vitality and brightness.
Sourced directly from its origin, the agarwood is pure and flawless, untouched by artificial processes such as resin boiling, line drawing, or added fragrances. It is presented in its most original form, using ancient "aroma-hooking" techniques. The craftsman meticulously peels away the outer layers of the deadwood by hand, revealing the true soul of the agarwood. This not only imbues it with eternal vitality but also subtly intertwines tradition and modern craftsmanship at your fingertips, creating a feast for the eyes and nose. The rich aroma, like the condensation of time, gently draws together memories of the past and aspirations for the future, allowing them to meet and resonate within the fragrance, continuously extending, distant and profound.
