1. Participate solo and enjoy your own time, or gather friends for a group experience. Flexible scheduling with no restrictions.
2. Assisted by electronic equipment, you can set your own pace. Staff are available on-site to provide any professional assistance you may need.
3. After placing your order, please reserve your preferred experience time in the remarks section. Each activity lasts 1.5 hours.
4. All works created during the activity can be completed on-site.
5. For large groups, we can arrange an instructor. Please consult customer service or follow NatureWorld for new product releases.

Experience Activity Registration Notes: To ensure the quality of the activity and protect your rights, please read the following information carefully. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. After completing your work, please bring your own bag for carrying. In line with environmental protection, we do not provide bags. If you require a paper bag, they are available for purchase on-site for NT$10-15 each.
2. Weather Impact: In the event of unpredictable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or change the activity content.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours before the activity are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations on the day of the activity are non-refundable (in cases of force majeure with relevant documentation, rescheduling or a full refund may be accepted).
4. If you are unable to arrive at your reserved time on the activity day, please call us at (02-23082005) to inquire about other available times. No-shows are considered completion of the activity and are non-refundable!
5. Each participant is allowed a maximum of one companion. If the number of companions exceeds the number of participants, the organizer may charge a venue fee (please be sure to note the number of companions in the order remarks for seating arrangements).
