Gently slide the ear cuff onto the thinner upper part of your ear, moving downwards. If it doesn't fit, slightly widen the gap. 2. Once slid to your desired position, gently tug to ensure it's secure. If it comes off easily, gradually narrow the gap to adjust. 3. Once adjusted to your perfect fit, you can easily put it on and take it off without needing to readjust the gap each time. Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to wear and remove.
