As wood is a natural material, the color and grain of each base will vary. ✿ Ordering Notes: • Each piece is handmade, and no two items will be exactly alike, but we strive to match the photos as closely as possible. • We will prioritize using the same floral materials for creation. If certain flowers are seasonally unavailable or of poor quality, we will make appropriate adjustments to maintain product quality, ensuring over 90% similarity. If this is a concern, please refrain from ordering. • Production time for Christmas items takes three to seven days. To protect the designer's rights and production costs, all orders, once placed, can only have their pickup date delayed; cancellations are not permitted. • Custom floral gifts are handmade, and floral colors can be customized to your preference. Custom floral gifts require ordering 7 business days in advance (excluding holidays). • We take great care in packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Minor shedding of floral debris during transit is normal and not a cause for concern. If you are unable to accept this, please do not order. Please contact us via message if you have any issues with the product! ✿ Care Instructions: • Dried and preserved flowers do not require watering. Avoid humidity and direct sunlight. For regular maintenance, use a hairdryer on a low, cool setting to blow away dust from the surface, or gently brush with a small soft brush. • Avoid heavy pressure and pulling. Some floral shedding over time is natural, as is the gradual fading of dried flowers. • With proper care, dried and preserved flowers can last for one to two years, or even longer. ✿ Shipping Method Notes: • For convenience store pickup, due to box size restrictions (must be under 45cm), customers requiring two or more items must place separate orders. • Due to the conveyor belt sorting system used in convenience store shipping, some minor floral debris may fall. If product integrity is a priority, please select home delivery for shipping. • Friends in the greater Taipei area are welcome to pick up their orders in person, which will best ensure the product's complete condition.
