Ingredients: 1 piece of dragon tabby fish fillet, 1 large garlic head, 2 tablespoons cornstarch

practice:

Oily Dragon Tabby Fillet
Ingredients: 1 piece of dragon tabby fish fillet, 2 to 5 green onions
Seasoning: 3 tablespoons each of soy sauce and oil
practice:
1. Shred the green onion.
