1. After placing an order, the system will send an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please state your desired engraving details in the "Message to Designer" section upon ordering.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the workshop's location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and seat availability.
4. Materials are prepared after order payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides official invoice receipts. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide your company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellations due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
