・If you are unable to attend after payment or need to reschedule, please contact us at least "3 days in advance" to arrange a new course time.
・Course rescheduling is limited to sessions within "2 months." If you cannot find a suitable time, please opt for a refund.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・As instructors prepare materials and venues in advance, refunds and postponements are not accepted on the "day of the workshop." Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture.
・In case of force majeure (typhoons, heavy rain, etc.) or government-mandated work/school closures, we will proactively notify all participants. The course on that day will be rescheduled, transferred to another session, or fully refunded.
