Please clean shoes and bags appropriately. Avoid using harsh detergents, excessive water, or soaking. 8. Shoes are packaged in shoeboxes. Packaging is intended to protect the product during transit, and minor dents or scuffs to the packaging due to logistics are unavoidable. Damaged packaging cannot be returned or exchanged separately. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings. Colors are subject to the actual product. Manual measurements may have a normal variance of approximately 1-3 cm. 【Return & Exchange Notice】 1. Please contact us via private message within 7 days of receiving your item to apply for a return or exchange. Late requests will not be processed. 2.
