2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field upon ordering.
3. Your registration is confirmed only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to verify your chosen date and seat availability.
4. Material preparation is required after order confirmation and payment, so please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. No refunds will be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
