- Before production, the color of the flowers will be sent to you for viewing. You cannot change the color of the flowers after production, because the everlasting flowers need to bloom, and after blooming, they are already the cost and the finished product. - Because preserved flowers are dyed from real flowers, they will fade slowly due to humidity and time. It is recommended to place them in a space with low humidity and dehumidify them frequently and avoid direct sunlight.
-As preserved flowers are made from fresh flowers, it is normal for them to have some cracks.
-Do not water it or touch it frequently with your hands.
-If there is dust on the flowers, please use a brush to gently remove the dust.
-Storage environment: temperature 10-25 degrees, humidity below 65%.
- If staining occurs after contact with clothing, please wipe it gently with room temperature water and soap.
