Electronic drafts will not be provided. ‧ Different paper types will result in different visual effects for printed products. If you have specific paper preferences, please inquire before purchasing. ‧ Drawing time typically takes around 10 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays). The exact delivery time will be communicated in advance (adjusted based on the current order queue and drawing complexity). ‧ A preliminary draft with a watermarked line drawing will be provided. A free minor revision can be made within 7 working days after the initial draft is sent. ‧ Drawings are based on the reference photo(s) provided (1 photo per person, 1 photo per pet). If you have specific modification requests, please inquire before purchasing to confirm feasibility. ‧ After production begins, modifications to the original reference photos, complex changes, or post-coloring edits (e.g., changing facial features, altering hairstyles, switching reference photos, changing clothing, altering poses, drawing body parts not visible in the photos) will incur an additional fee. ‧ If, after production, you request entirely new content or a redraw with new photos, this will be considered a new order and will require a separate purchase. ‧ No modifications can be made once printing has commenced. ‧ As these are custom-made products, returns, exchanges, and cash-on-delivery are not possible. ‧ Finished products may be publicly displayed. Modifications to angles, clothing, styles, adding/removing people or objects, or drawing missing parts will incur additional drawing fees depending on the situation. ‧ If no contact is made within 30 days after order placement and payment, the order will be automatically closed. ◎ Notes for Printing Orders ‧ Once production confirmation begins, no changes to the production content can be made. ‧ All printing is done using shared plate printing. We do not accept requests for color proofing or color samples. A color difference within 15% is acceptable for printed items. Please place your order only if you accept this condition. Clients who commission printing cannot request returns or reprints. If independent plate printing is required, a separate plate will be created and ordered. ‧ Shared plate printing uses CMYK four-color printing exclusively. Images submitted for printing must be in CMYK format. If special colors like Pantone, RGB, or other color systems are used, please convert them to CMYK yourself, or we can assist with the conversion. Color differences may occur due to conversion, and we do not accept returns or reprints based on this issue. ‧ Avoid placing important text or graphics too close to the edges to prevent them from being cropped. ‧ Due to slight variations in the cutting process, perfect centering cannot always be guaranteed, and slight offsets may occur.
