1. Upon placing an order, a "Digital Ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your chosen engraving text in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm the reserved date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Store provides official invoice receipts. If you require an invoice with a company tax number, please provide the company name and tax number in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged.
