*Once your booking is confirmed, please contact "Bai Dian Official Messages" or add us on "Official LINE: @934zljmm" to send your design image and receive course pre-arrival instructions.
*Should the handcrafting experience course exceed the original scheduled time, an additional fee of NT$300 per person per hour will be charged.
*If a student decides to abandon the creation process mid-course, the instructor will complete the work. A fee of NT$1,000 per person will be charged for this assisted completion.
*Accompanying persons, whether they participate in the tufting or not, will be charged NT$500 per person.

1. If the booked time needs to be canceled due to force majeure events such as typhoons or earthquakes, Bai Dian will notify you through official channels, and you may reschedule your course once.
2. If you wish to film videos, programs, or advertisements, please contact customer service before placing your order to arrange a time slot when no students are present.
*Refund and Cancellation Policy*
1. Once your course booking is confirmed, we will immediately prepare the necessary materials. Therefore, refunds cannot be accepted.
2. For rescheduling requests made within 8 days of the chosen course date, you may receive one complimentary postponement (valid for course dates within three months from the original booking).
3. If you do not complete your rescheduled booking within three months, or if you are unable to attend after the complimentary postponement, please place a new order.
4. Same-day cancellations or arriving 15 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the course. Please place a new order.
