【Workshop(s)】September-October Schedule - Tainan / Gemstone Drawing Cards / Cultural Vouchers / Valentine's Day / Gifts

【Friendly Reminders & Important Notes】 ・ Please arrive 15 minutes before the class begins. If you are unavoidably late due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify the instructor as soon as possible. ・ Due to limited space in our studio, accompanying individuals who are not participating in the class are unable to stay. We appreciate your understanding. ・ As instructors must prepare materials and teaching aids immediately after orders are placed, these are non-refundable costs. To protect your rights and our team's efforts, refunds for cancellations due to personal reasons will not be issued in full. If you must cancel for personal reasons, please send a private message at least seven days prior to the class start date to request a refund, at which point a 50% refund can be processed. ・ Each student's participation is calculated independently. Even if you sign up for the same session, tardiness will be assessed individually. For example, if two people register and one arrives on time, the class will begin as scheduled without waiting for the other student. Late arrivals will only be able to participate for the remaining duration of the class, and the studio is not responsible if the artwork cannot be completed within the allotted time. ・ Children aged 12 and above are welcome to join this activity. For participants aged 12 to 17, one legal guardian may accompany them free of charge. Please provide the guardian's name, phone number, and relationship to the participant when registering. For participants aged 18 and above, individuals who have not purchased a course are not permitted to accompany the class. ・ If materials are incorrectly made or damaged due to personal negligence during the class, new materials will need to be purchased to continue. Students must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Students will be held responsible for any damages caused by violations. ・ In the event of class cancellations due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, LYNLI Jewelry will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund. ・ Professional photographers may take candid photos during the experience class as needed, which will be uploaded to our Facebook fan page and Instagram brand page "LYNLI Jewelry" after the event. Photos and videos that may include your likeness could be used in the future for event records or other promotional materials. You are welcome to download any event photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff on-site, and we will ensure you are not included in the shots. ・ All tools will be disinfected and replaced during the class. If a student's temperature is above 37 degrees Celsius, or if they have recently returned from overseas, please comply with relevant epidemic prevention and quarantine regulations. If you are unable to attend due to these circumstances, please discuss rescheduling or postponement options with the instructor. ・ Instructors and students must wear masks at all times and comply with all epidemic prevention regulations. ・ To promote environmental sustainability, disposable bags will not be provided. Please bring your own eco-friendly bag to take your finished work home.
