【Friendly Reminders | Important Notes】 ・Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts. If you are unavoidably late, please notify the instructor as soon as possible. ・Due to limited space in the studio, accompanying persons who are not participating in the class cannot stay. We appreciate your understanding. ・As instructors must immediately prepare materials and teaching aids upon order confirmation, these are non-refundable costs. To protect your rights and ours, full refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to personal reasons. If you must cancel for personal reasons, please send a message at least seven days prior to the class start date (inclusive) to request a refund, and a 50% refund will be granted. ・Each student's class session is calculated independently. Even if registering for the same session, lateness will be assessed individually. For example, if two people register and one arrives on time, the class will begin punctually and will not wait for other students who have not yet arrived. Students arriving later will only be able to participate for the remaining duration of the class. The studio is not responsible if the artwork cannot be completed as scheduled. ・Children aged 12 and above are welcome to register. For participants under 18, one guardian may accompany them for free. Please indicate the guardian's name, phone number, and relationship to the participant when registering. For participants aged 18 and above, accompanying persons who have not purchased a course are not permitted to stay. ・If materials are mistakenly created or damaged due to the participant's personal oversight during the session, replacement materials will need to be purchased to continue. Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damage caused by violation will be the participant's responsibility. ・In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, LYNLI Jewelry will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund. ・Professional photographers may be present to take candid photos during the experience class as needed. These photos will be uploaded to the Facebook page and Instagram brand page "LYNLI Jewelry" after the event. Photos and images containing your likeness may be used in the future for event recaps or other promotional purposes. You are welcome to download any event photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will ensure you are not captured in the shots. ・All tools will be disinfected and replaced during the class. If a student's temperature exceeds 37 degrees Celsius, or if they have recently returned from overseas, please comply with relevant quarantine regulations. If unable to attend the session for these reasons, please discuss rescheduling or postponement details with the instructor. ・Both instructors and students must wear masks throughout the session and comply with all epidemic prevention regulations. ・To promote environmental sustainability, disposable bags will not be provided. Please bring your own eco-friendly bag to take your finished piece home.
