INDUSTAR lenses are just Soviet versions of famous Carl Zeiss Tessar 4-element lens. It were designed for different aims and frame size, from 8mm movie cameras up to large format. INDUSTAR lenses also were popular as enlarger lens, for medium format was available INDUSTAR-23U lens only, but in 1980th years was introduced special updated INDUSTAR-90U lens for 6x6 and INDUSTAR-100U lens for 6x9 cm frame size. Those lenses has best construction and optical coating, and more high resolution, especially at corners of the frame. The 4 element design guarantees the resolution of the finest details while maintaining a uniformly high contrast from the picture center to the edges. ITEM'S CONDITION: EXCELLENT The lens looks very accurately used before. The lens is clean, without scratches, air bulbs, separations and fungus, but minor cleaning marks sometimes can be found. Aperture rotates smoothly. The lens is in fine condition cosmetically, just examine item's photos please. All functions are available.
