KOOK LIVING provides a safe and clean cooking space. We implement the following epidemic prevention measures:

2. We operate on a private booking system, ensuring you have a private and exclusive space.
【Cancellation Policy】
Starting from the day before the event: Cancellations made seven days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within seven days will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
. For rescheduling, please contact our LINE customer service "@kookliving" at least three days before the event date.
. As ingredients need to be prepared in advance, we regret that we cannot accept order cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds within three days prior to the event. We appreciate your understanding.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, KOOK Living will proactively contact you for postponement or refund arrangements.
