Step 1: Communicate your ideas to the designer, send photos, and inquire about the order status (order queuing system is adopted)
Step 2: Designer estimates and informs you of the order schedule
Step 3: You have confirmed the order amount and agreed to the schedule
Step 4: The designer opens a special order for you to place an order
Step 5: Provide photos and information required for production
Step 6: After the order is placed, the order will be arranged or produced (each custom project takes about 30 working days to produce / excluding shipping time)
Step 7: Photos will be sent to you for confirmation before shipment & minor adjustments are allowed
Step 8: Designer sends the product
