● Washing methods and suggestions
Hand wash/dry clean in gentle cold water, you can choose gentle machine wash (add laundry bag) according to the situation.
Do not soak for a long time or rub hard.
Do not mix with dark-colored clothes.
Please use neutral laundry detergent for hand washing and do not use strong detergents such as washing powder and soap.
The detergent needs to be completely diluted into water before putting it into clothes. Pouring detergent directly on clothes may cause stains and partial fading.
Hang to dry on the reverse side, do not expose to the hot sun, and can accept steam ironing at a suitable temperature.

The color of the clothes in the shooting may be affected by sunlight, lighting, etc., resulting in certain color differences between the pictures and the actual items. Please refer to the details of the pictures and the actual items for the color of the clothes.
The size of the clothes is measured manually, and there may be size errors depending on the production batch. The error within 2 to 3cm is normal and is not a quality problem.

All the products in the design house are independently designed, including the selection of fabrics, accessories, running the processing factory, etc., all by hand. The fabrics used are mainly natural and environmentally friendly fabrics.

If the clothes are in stock, we will help you ship them within 2 to 3 days.
Because our clothes are made in small batches, sometimes the current batch of clothes is sold out and the next batch is still being made in the processing factory. In this case, we will complete the production in the processing factory and pass our quality control After the inspection, we will help you ship the goods. The waiting time for shipment is about 5 to 20 days. If you have any questions about the shipping time after placing the order, you can contact us at any time for confirmation.
● About transportation
Under normal circumstances, you can receive the product about 7 to 10 days after shipment, except for international transportation peak periods, during which the delivery time may be longer.
All mailed products will be transported to the airport first, and then sent by air to the mailing destination. After customs clearance is completed, they will be transferred to the local transportation company for door-to-door delivery.
